Mindfulness Group
Meditation is exploration. There is no fixed destination. Your head doesn’t become vacuumed free of all thoughts. In meditation we explore the inner workings of our minds: sensations, emotions, thoughts. To practice meditation means we suspend judgment and unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with kindness, to ourselves and to others. In meditation we learn that each and every moment is momentous. This 10 week (and limited to 10 member) group helps participants cultivate awareness through moment-to-moment attention, with the intention of reducing suffering and promoting well-being.
