Kelly is proud to run Four Pillars Counseling, a small group practice consisting of 8 like minded therapists who specialize in helping clients find meaning in their discomfort and hope in their suffering. Kelly’s expertise in anxiety, relationship with Self and trauma inform her client work as well as her supervision of other therapists. The creative and open minded approaches of our therapists seek to transform trauma and suffering, and facilitate a more meaningful relationship with yourSelf.
Kelly is certified in depth psychology, a licensed professional counselor, trained addictions counselor and trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and CBT. Professional interests include anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, substance abuse, spirituality and creativity. Four Pillars offers both telehealth and in person sessions.
