Groups
Group Therapy for Early Career Therapists

This process group offers a supportive and judgment-free atmosphere for early career therapists to deepen emotional intimacy and improve communication skills. Through authentic emotional exchanges, you will be encouraged to experience emotions, better understand your needs, and communicate authentically. This will help you experience more choice in how you respond to other group members, which can lead to more authenticity and intimacy in the relationships that matter most to you outside of the group. Therapist Jeremy Mohler, LGPC (he/him) incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and IFS, an evidence-based therapy for healing trauma and promoting wellness.

True Confidence: Men's IFS Group

Our online men’s therapy groups offer a supportive and judgment-free atmosphere for those who’ve been socialized as men. Together we explore how traditional ideas of masculinity hold us back from personal growth goals. You will learn about yourself, connect with others, and improve and deepen relationships outside of the group. Therapists Kyle Wehrend LICSW, LCSW-C (he/him) and Jeremy Mohler, LGPC (he/him) incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapy for healing trauma and promoting wellness. We strongly encourage men of diverse backgrounds, identities, and sexual orientations to explore joining.

TransForming Parenthood

TransForming Parenthood is a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your journey with your child’s gender identity, learn about gender development, resources and medical care and connect with other parents who are navigating the joys and challenges of raising trans and gender-diverse young people. You will have the opportunity to explore your hopes and fears for your child, get answers to the questions you have, feel less isolated, gain better access to feelings of curiosity, compassion and confidence and show up for your trans or gender diverse child in the way that you want to.
