Psychotherapy Group for Depression and Anxiety
Perception of one's life can often be challenging, confusing, misleading, scary, stressful, depressing & this list could be endless based on situations, environment, perception & an unlimited plethora of variables. This leads to anxiety over the very situations occurring as well as depression based on the potential for negative outcomes of those circumstances. This group will address topics weekly causing this-such as loss/grief, children, spouses, work, colleagues, etc. & cover numerous coping mechanisms while learning to manage emotion & manage to obtain a smile if only for a moment during group. This will be the beginning of cognitively restructuring negative thoughts.

Clinical Supervision Group
This Clinical Supervision group will assist providers of graduate level mental health and Social Work services seeking outside clinical supervision in theoretical and practical understandings and underpinnings of specific case presentations while addressing and integrating theory with practice skills along the broad spectrum of varying circumstances and influential dynamics. Members will develop and expand their clinical knowledge as well as incorporate discussions of challenges in employment, with colleagues, supervisors and administrators, relationships, with cases challenging them, etc. while offering an opportunity to keep abreast of recent clinical developments and taking part in clinical case presentations that relate to their work.

Trauma Group
This treatment group provides a safe, nurturing, accepting environment in which painful feelings and experiences can be shared. This group will address topics pertaining to coping with anxiety, depression, loss, and grief while learning and applying during each group the coping, problem solving, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills developed.
