FOWH has culturally attuned therapist that are trained in CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and EMDR, Substance abuse, Health Psychology and believe in using a strength-based approach.

Women's Healing Group
Remote Group: Engage in an empowering journey of self-discovery and healing within a supportive community. You will move through the four-week cycle of "Release. Reconnect. Restore. Rise." and emerge with practical tools for emotional well-being and a renewed sense of self. Participants will leave the group having released emotional burdens like shame and fear, reconnected with their core identity and values, and developed skills for nervous system regulation and setting healthy boundaries. each woman to walk away feeling celebrated in her transformation, anchored in hope, and empowered to step into her future with wholeness and radiance.
