We use a multi-modal approach to providing mental health counseling and psychotherapy uniquely to fit your needs. Models may include a person-centered approach, faith-based counseling, existentialism, Trauma Focused CBT, Gestalt’s empty chair technique, motivational interviewing and psychoeducation. We provide counseling services for children using various parallel play therapy techniques. We address the specific needs of adolescents through the use of mindfulness games.
