Groups
Women's Mental Wellness Group
Foundations Counseling, LLC has developed a Women’s Mental Wellness Group. This groups is geared towards providing women with a safe space to discuss a variety of topics including; psycho-education (understanding symptoms and triggers), mental wellness approaches, setting healthy boundaries, engaging in healthy relationships, changing negative thought and behavioral patterns as well as building social support. Groups will meet for a total of 8 sessions: Every other Monday 6:00pm-7:30pm. Registration: September 9 - 21, 2019 Group begins: October 10, 2019 Cost: $30 per for session.
