Our Team
No matter what your struggles may be, my goal is to meet you where you are, help identify your strengths and build on those as we work toward the change you desire. My clients feel heard, and they are equipped with tools to find balance in their daily lives. Whether people come because they are depressed or overwhelmed with anxiety, their marriage is in trouble or they want to strengthen a strong relationship, my goal is the same: we manage immediate challenges while developing a plan to confront the deeper issues that prevent them from leading a balanced life.

When I speak to people facing transitions, they are often devastated, confused and stuck. A safe space to feel heard, encouraged, and validated is enough to begin a new journey. My name is Katrina Brown, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with sixteen years of experience. My specialties include working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with divorce/separation, blended families, and absent parents.

If you don't tend to your wounds, how can you heal? Healing begins when we gently tend to our emotional wounds. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic connection, and I work collaboratively with each client as they navigate their mental and emotional journey. I am deeply passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing grief in all its forms—because loss shows up in many ways.
My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into the person you want to become.

I believe that our past experiences shape how we think about things. If we heal old wounds, we improve our chances to feel more successful in all areas of life. I believe the ability to learn is a necessary tool for all individuals to maintain throughout life; whether you are a student in school or the CEO of a global corporation, it is essential to continue learning about yourself. When we have a solid understanding of why we think, act, and feel the way we do, then we set ourselves up to improve our relationships, especially the one with ourselves.

Many of us walk through life without feeling truly listened to or deeply understood. So often, we seek belonging and to be perceived, but receive judgement or unwanted advice in place of understanding. Hi, I'm Mia, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, teens, and adults in school and behavioral health settings. I have experience working with individuals of all gender identities and cultural backgrounds. As a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clinician, I am especially passionate about providing neurodivergent affirming care and LGBTQ+ affirming care without the “double empathy problem.”

I understand that it takes willingness, honesty, and courage to reflect on past relationships, uncomfortable emotions, or previously unexplored painful experiences. I am here to support you through that process. I'm Nicole, and I've been a clinician since 2008, working with individual teens and adults. My promise to clients is to provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment in which you can reflect on life experiences, behaviors, beliefs, and values that may be hindering your desired quality of life.

No one wants to be analyzed, and that therapy is not a cold, clinical exchange or a one-sided conversation. Real therapy is about connection. It’s a space where you can talk, be heard, and feel understood without fear. It’s a place where you can be honest without feeling judged. Choosing to start your therapeutic journey can be intimidating and stressful, which is why I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment, where you feel comfortable sharing your story.

At my core, my deepest heart’s desire was always to help others with their own lives. For me, this means creating a safe, inclusive space for clients to feel comfortable and express themselves, build self-confidence, and find their own path. I am welcoming, non-judgmental, hopeful, and caring, and it is my goal to help clients find healing and wholeness.

Parenting can be hard, and kids and teens don't always have the words to explain what they're experiencing. Whether your child is struggling with emotions, behavior, relationships, school, or navigating a difficult season of life, you don't have to figure it out alone. I enjoy working with children/teens of all ages and partnering with parents to help families better understand one another and move forward together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in public and private schools, outpatient clinics, primary care, and community mental health.

Sometimes we go through life running on an empty battery—giving our energy to work, relationships, family, and everything in between, while forgetting to check in with ourselves. Eventually, that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply stuck. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, recharge, and make sense of what you’re carrying. Together, we can explore what is within your control, let go of what isn’t, and find healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
