After completing my undergraduate studies at Mercer University, I embraced the life of an entrepreneur. This journey brought many valuable insights that enhanced my understanding of human lived experiences. To a greater extent, this period heightened my ability to effectively connect and empathize with people of all walks of life. Over time I have adopted techniques from many disciplines within the field of psychotherapy. DBT, CBT and Solution Focused Therapy are those I most frequently employ. They offer much needed practical tools for patients in moments of acute crisis and provide the critical avenues to hope and motivation.
