My goal is to provide supportive, empowering counseling that enables clients to reach their full potential. I believe human potential is limitless, but we are often held back by our own self-limiting beliefs. Self-defeating narratives are often accompanied by anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, etc. I assist clients in examining any false narratives that may be holding them back, while also exploring new, more effective patterns of behavior. From this new vantage point, clients see from a place of greater clarity, and are better able to make clear decisions how they want to move forward.

I work with clients using a holistic and integrative approach, including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness and other modalities. Christian counseling is also available to those who would like it incorporated in our work together. Most importantly, I treat every client as a unique individual, and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals.

I love the work I do with my clients, and I feel honored they are willing to share their struggles with me. It is a truly wonderful feeling to witness the positive transformation that occurs when clients are motivated to make meaningful changes in their life.
