About
Welcome to my practice! Are you ready for a proactive approach to your therapy? Are you tired of doctors telling you what to do without explanation? If so, you've found the right psychologist. I learn what my clients' goals are versus telling them what I want them to do. We develop a treatment plan together customized to your individual needs. I provide virtual sessions (Zoom, FaceTime, Skype) AND face to face in my Ft. Lauderdale office. Whatever is more comfortable and/or convenient for you suits me. Due to COVID-19, my office is sanitized regularly and antibacterial wipes and spray are available for clients.
I am an expert in the treatment of eating disorders and all of its underlying facets. I am also a Gottman Method Couples trained therapist and am highly experienced working with premarital, couples, married, divorce as well as other relationships such as siblings, co-workers, CEOs; and all LGBTQ clients.
I provide a refreshing, peaceful, relaxing and homey office environment to elicit change and growth. I gladly collaborate with other experts on behalf of clients. I provide unconditional positive regard to every client no matter what challenges they may be experiencing. COVID concerns? My office is sanitized between clients; hand sanitizer & wipes available
