Body Image Group Therapy
This trauma-informed group offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with your body with curiosity, compassion, and depth. Body image concerns are often rooted in attachment experiences, trauma, and learned patterns of protection rather than appearance alone. Through relational discussion and gentle somatic practices, participants build greater awareness, safety, and trust in their bodies. This is not a weight-loss or appearance-focused group, but an opportunity to soften shame, reduce self-criticism, and develop a more respectful, grounded relationship with the body in a small, confidential group setting.
