I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, genuine and warm space for you to seek and get the help that you need in therapy. I am trained in cognitive and behavioral therapy, but I take an eclectic approach to helping my patients. What this means is that I believe there is not a "one size fits all" way to provide therapy. A skilled therapist should adapt the therapy they provide to each client's individual needs.

My passion comes from the desire to help people better their lives and relationships with family and friends. Although I am grounded in a Cognitive Behavioral framework, it is my belief that therapy is for the client; therefore, I am eclectic in my interventions. I believe in meeting my client where he or she may be within the experienced problem and the importance of truly understanding how I can best help. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and families by providing individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as parent coaching.

The Telos Project is a non profit public benefit corporation whose ongoing aim is removing barriers to therapeutic, mental health and community services in the state of Texas. Our ultimate objective is to reduce individual psychological turmoil and empower the communities we serve. We serve clients of any age, gender, or orientation on all aspects of daily life and functioning.

I will work collaboratively and compassionately tailored to the unique strengths, struggles, and experiences of my clients. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults that may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma. The treatment modality I focus on using a person centered approach, CBT, Solution Focused. Together we will talk about what your facing and I will assist you in reaching your goals. My goal as your therapist is to create a safe place where your comfortable so, that we can collaboratively resolve the core issues that are holding you back from reaching your goals.
