My approach is eclectic , and I use various modalities within a psychodynamic framework. I am also trained as a trauma specialist and EMDR therapist. I believe trauma can keep people stuck in behaviors and emotional dysfunction and EMDR is a highly effective way of reprocessing "stuck" trauma.
