My goal is to help individuals accept and trust themselves and to feel valued being themselves. I have worked alongside BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, those within the criminal justice system, and intersecting identities. I have a background in supporting individuals who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor and I am committed to making a positive impact on each client I work with. I work with a variety of ages, specializing in young adults, and my work history has focused in crisis work, anxiety, depression, and trauma. However, I have trained in many areas and work with clients with a variety of concerns and diagnoses. I hope to be able to help guide you through your therapeutic journey and create a collaborative, supportive, therapeutic relationship that meets your needs.

I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. I also provide counseling for depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, addictions, and stresses of daily life are some of the issues that I treat in my practice.

One of the most important things we can share is our story. I believe we are the experts of our stories and they can be heavy. I focus on having a collaborative relationship with clients, so we can navigate through the heavier parts of your story together. I offer a warm and non judgmental space to provide support, guidance, clarity, and growth. Whether you are looking for a confidante to explore past and present challenges or you have a specific goal for therapy, you can trust I will support you with knowledge, empathy and compassion.

Stepping out of your comfort zone can be a difficult experience. In order to grow we must take that leap. My role is to join individuals taking those risks and create a safe place to explore the possibilities. My approach can help people develop new insights into themselves by healing trauma and recognizing their inherent strengths. Using their own strengths people grow confidence to be their true self. I specialize in working with athletes, first responders, and survivors of disaster, but I am open to working with anyone wanting to improve their mental health and/or heal from their trauma.

I bring 20 years of experience and have treated tens of thousands of patients! I am high energy and passionate about helping people embark on the journey to find their true selves and life path; whether it relates to behavior, family, relationships, addiction, career and any other issue that one may find adversity. I've been told I have a gift to quickly get the core of peoples struggles in order to help them find resolution.
