Managing Stress During a Global Pandemic
In these uncertain times we need each other more than ever. We are social beings who do better when feeling safe in a community, rather than isolated or marginalized. Whether we live alone or with others, most of us could benefit from sharing coping strategies to manage the distress that is all around us. We can arm ourselves by gaining better control of our fears through talk, meditation and mindfulness. I am proposing a Group that would meet by video (i.e. Skype, Zoom, Facetime) which would provide participants with healthy strategies to utilize to keep ourselves mentally strong and emotionally balanced.
