Are you just f-ing exhausted? A car accident left you emotionally paralyzed. An assault shook up your life. A recent medical diagnosis or crisis has you questioning what's next. As a survivor of multiple head injuries and a person living with chronic illness, I can be REAL about recovery while offering hope and meaning for the future. In my office, you'll encounter art, blankets, lava lamps, laughter, tears, games, and too much swearing. The work towards healing your mind and body is painful, but I will provide glimmers of joy.
