Groups
Survivors of Sexual Abuse and Emotional Abuse
This is a confidential space for women and non-binary individuals who are healing from sexual and/or relationship abuse and are seeking a community to support their healing. This group meets weekly in-person in Burbank and is facilitated by Olivia Calvi (ASW #137537), a survivor of narcissistic abuse herself and a trained domestic violence advocate. Olivia understands deeply how abusive relationships can leave survivors feeling lost, isolated, and uncertain about where to go or what comes next. You are not alone in your experience--we are here to help hold the hope as you begin to rebuild.

Support for Pet Loss
Losing a beloved pet can be a profound loss—one that others don’t always understand. This group will meet weekly in person in Burbank and is facilitated by Debbie Fan (AMFT #163077). Through shared reflection, we’ll explore the loss of your pet, while making space for the memories, grief, relationships, and earlier experiences that may be woven into your experience of loss. Whether your loss is fresh or you’ve been grieving quietly for a long time, this space will honor the bond you had with your pet and allow you to support others in their own healing.

The Optimistic Parents Club
Parenting can be one of life's greatest joys—and one of its greatest challenges. Whether you're raising a neurodivergent or neurotypical child, or feeling overwhelmed by parenting stress, you don't have to do it alone. The Optimistic Parents Club is a compassionate space where parents build confidence, strengthen family relationships, and learn practical, evidence-based strategies to use at home, whether you have a partner or not. This group is held in-person in Burbank and is facilitated by Rozerik Ross Milstein (AMFT #160161). Together, we'll help you become the confident parent you deserve to be.
