Hey - so, let's talk about it! How do you need me to show up for you? Well, I know that is a tough question - right? The world DEMANDS you to show up in so many ways but how do you get to show up for you & allow others to show up for you? Here's the thing - sometimes that is extremely hard to navigate but I'd like to offer to hold space for you to do that. You may ask, Lynne - well what does that even mean? It means, that I am offering to hold space for you as therapist. I have been a therapist for 8 years. My passion derives from the understanding of how stigmatized mental health care still is.
Here's a little bit about me as a therapist, my approach is to meet where you are, whatever that may look like session to session. My primary population of focus are adults within the communities of Kink/BDSM, BIPOC, Persons with Bipolar Disorder & Generations: Gen X up to Gen Z.
If you aren't apart of these communities that is okay because I also work with adults that are navigating Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders & ADHD.
