Hi, I'm Kris! For over 20 years, I worked as an educator and school counselor, giving me a deep understanding of how early experiences shape who we become. Today, I bring that insight into my work with both children and adults — blending therapeutic expertise with a grounded understanding of human development to help clients navigate life's complexities, past and present.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief (including suicide and pet loss), divorce, panic, life transitions, ADHD, bullying, self-harm, and chronic illness.

Healing is a collaborative journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone. I believe each person carries the inner wisdom and strength to create meaningful change. My role is to support that process with compassion, authenticity, and care.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating the unique challenges of perinatal and postnatal mental health, grief and life transitions, and first responder stress. Whether you're adjusting to new parenthood, mourning a loss, or coping with the emotional toll of caregiving or trauma exposure, I offer a grounding and nonjudgmental space to reconnect with yourself.

Life has a way of throwing transitions, losses, and challenges at us faster than we can process them. If you're feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, alone, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
