Psychotherapy – As a licensed Senior Psychological Examiner Health Service Provider, I provide evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Therapy creates a safe and supportive space for healing, self-understanding, and resilience. If you are seeking support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, psychotherapy is the appropriate path.
Life Coaching – For those seeking personal or professional growth, I offer solution-focused coaching. Coaching emphasizes goal-setting, clarity, and accountability to help you create meaningful change in your life and move forward with confidence. Life coaching is not psychotherapy. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Both approaches are rooted in compassion and respect for the whole person.
