I provide individual psychotherapy, marriage or couples therapy and grief and bereavement counseling. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to the client's unique needs. I facilitate change by ustilizing psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and/or mindfulnes. I teach relaxation techniques, as well.
In addition to providing supportive psychotherapy to people in advanced age, I help them and their caregivers with resources and referrals for enhancing quality of life.
