I specialize in trauma, grief, emotional intensity, and generational wounds. Using IFS, Somatic IFS, EMDR, Sandtray, and nature-based therapy, I support you in regulating emotions, tending to what your body and system have carried, and reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, grounded way.
