I am a neurodivergent trauma-informed therapist. I assist clients, from person-centered approach, to aid in their healing while allowing for self-discovery and personal growth. I am EMDRIA level 1 and 2 EMDR trained and work a lot with trauma, big and small. I specialize in working with neurodivergent humans to assist them with their mental health journey, discovering what that means for them personally. I incorporate a holistic view of the mind, body, and spirit that assists clients to feel at ease in processing difficult issues.
