For many of us, life is often difficult. Whether it's addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, or just the pain of growing up, there are many different struggles we find ourselves over our lifetime. Counseling is meant to be a place where we are able to walk through the struggles and find both real hope and practical help. I work with adults and adolescents walking through a wide variety of life struggles not just to relieve pain, but to find fulfillment and balance in life as a whole.
I work with a wide range of issues including addictions (both substance related, and behavioral addictions), relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, spirituality, ADHD, and others.
Sliding scale fees available on a partial scholarship basis as needed, which is made possible by our partnership with To Write Love On Her Arms. We also partner with Camaraderie Foundation to provide partial scholarships to all post-9-11 active duty military personnel and their families.
