I take a genuine approach to therapy and meet you where you're at. My speciality is combining a Biblical worldview with the science of Psychology, believing all truth is God's truth. I am also an EMDR trained therapist. EMDR is a unique therapy, which is very effective at allowing a person’s brain to heal and move forward from trauma.

Therapy is an investment you make in yourself, and to some degree, to the lives of others around you. Because as you change, you will inevitably be different with others.
