Most of our clinicians utilize a client-centered approach using cognitive behavioral techniques to address a myriad of challenges, whether that is a new stage of life, personal losses, or experienced traumas. We have a variety of clinicians that have experience working with all ages and specialize working with teenagers and young adults.
Our current specialty as a practice is with postpartum depression. We assist mothers struggling with perinatal and postpartum mood disorders.
