Life can be overwhelming. It doesn't matter how old we are, how much education we have, or how successful we are. Sometimes life throws us curve balls or our past feels like it is being relived in the present. When it does it can leave us overwhelmed, consumed with worry and exhausted. We all can use support during these times. Our team specializes in helping children, teens and adults using Expressive Arts, talk, Play and Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapies. No matter the cause, our team are skilled at helping clients find their center and breathe easy again so they can get back to living fully.
We use creative interventions to help you develop a greater understanding of your emotions & the stories you tell yourself that leave you feeling worried, overwhelmed or unmotivated. The creative process allows you to bring forward what is hidden. EMDR helps integrate the past so it no longer triggering or controlling the way we live our lives.

This is a FREE in-person group for LGBTQ+ Teens aged 14-17 meeting Tuesday evenings Jan 28 - April 22, 2025. Our expressive arts group will allow each member to explore a special part of their lives: Exploring our identities, Self Esteem, Our PRIDE and colors, The Masks We Wear, Expressing Ourselves, Navigating Our Worlds, Amplifying Our Voices, How to Ask for Help & Visualizing the Future We Want. The cost is FREE including materials. Advanced registration is REQUIRED.
