Freedom Through Recovery
Freedom Through Recovery is a supportive group for adults navigating substance use recovery, trauma, stress, and related mental health challenges. Participants learn practical skills to manage triggers, regulate emotions, reduce relapse risk, and build healthier coping strategies. Through psychoeducation, guided discussion, and peer support, members gain tools to strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and create lasting change. This group provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where healing and personal growth are encouraged. Facilitated by Tiffany Bacon, RMHCI, and AJ Penix, LMHC. Group sessions meet Mondays at 10:00 AM and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.
