Thus my goal is to partner together creating a therapeutic relationship which will support you to explore and process past or present wounds, make sense of your experience while changing the beliefs and behaviors that will propel you to create the life you want.
Life is experienced through all senses, and therefore healing best occurs in modalities that engage all the senses. I use a combination of experiential approaches (like psychodrama, play, EMDR and sand-tray) and traditional talk therapy.
I consider it an honor to support people through a period of their life, providing an environment for exploration, healing and change. I work with children and adults, in individual, dyadic or group format. Services are offered both in English and Spanish.

Psychodrama Gender Affirming Group
Healing through a creative lens. Jacob Moreno the creator of psychodrama believed that the ability to access spontaneity and creativity is the essence of being human and the impetus for change in our lives. Come explore therapy in action as we integrate expressive therapies with Psychodrama to heal our life-altering struggles and explore alternatives for change. These groups are co-facilitated with my colleague Patrice Migliori-Farnes, LCSW. There are two monthly women groups to choose from. One in English which meets one Saturday a month and one in Spanish which meets one Monday evening a month.
