Hello, I'm Florence. With nearly 45 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, providing services to children, teenagers, adults, and couples. Throughout my career, I have supervised staff social workers, social work interns, mental health counselors, and community mental health workers. My passion for social work has always driven me, and I truly believe in the saying, 'Find something you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.' This was true 45 years ago, and it remains true today.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and solution-focused therapy.
