I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allows me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is warm, caring, and culturally sensitive, with a results-oriented approach to therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your specific goals for therapy and your daily life.
