I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, families, women and youth issues, behavior and interpersonal skills. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have a BA in Psychology & History from Rutgers University and a Masters in Counseling from NJCU. I'm a certified School Counselor and K-12 Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the State of NJ.
My approach to therapy is not one theoretical method. I use an eclectic approach utilizing techniques that are best suited for helping my clients empower themselves.
