About
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I help clients achieve their goals one step at a time. I am a multicultural therapist and help clients of all backgrounds identify and overcome obstacles. When you come to Breaking Barriers Therapy Center you will feel welcomed and accepted no matter your creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. It is my hope that you will leave my therapy room empowered and see new possibilities in your life. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families to address concerns and make meaningful change. My main focus is on trauma, family relationships, romantic relationships, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and grief. I work from an authentic and collaborative framework based on systemic perspective.
I provide a non-judgemental, compassionate atmosphere for therapy. Because everyone unique, I tailor sessions to each person using the approach that is most effective for you. My hope is to provide tools and skills to help you grow and become your best self. It would be a privilege to work together to break down barrier and help you to achieve your goals.
