Are you curious about therapy, but feeling nervous about entering an overly clinical space? In our work together, I’ll walk beside you with care and respect. I won’t try to “fix” you, but I will support you in making sense of your experiences and finding your way forward. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in your body, more connected to your emotions, and more at home in yourself.
As a queer non-binary therapist I strive to support you as you move through feelings about your gender and/or sexuality. I often use creative tools like art, music, movement, or sand tray alongside talk therapy. I also bring to our sessions my training in sex therapy, trauma, dementia care, early childhood education, and birth work.
