Many people who reach out for therapy have spent a long time pushing through difficult emotions while managing family expectations, cultural responsibilities, and major life stressors. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and culturally aware space where you can focus on yourself.
I work with Latina women, first-generation individuals, and members of the Latinx community navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients are balancing family, work, school, or motherhood, often with little space to slow down.
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist with over seven years of experience and a first-generation immigrant from Mexico. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. We move at your pace, focus on what’s coming up in your life right now, and work together to help you feel more regulated, confident, and connected- not “fixed,” but supported.
