I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples & families, always striving to meet each client where they are and walk alongside them on their journey .
I know that life doesn’t always follow a 9-to-5 schedule, which is why I offer flexible appointment options, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure therapy fits into your life, not the other way around. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based interventions with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and real-world perspective.
