I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with four years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience in substance abuse treatment, helping clients with addiction and co-occurring disorders, and I am currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to strengthen my trauma-informed approach.
