I provide a safe and welcoming environment to discuss difficulties of the past, present and future. I offer talk therapy, the flash technique, and EMDR. These interventions can be helpful in processing past traumas and overcoming the new or difficult challenges in life. I have availability to meet either in office, or virtually.
