I am, first and foremost, a highly trained Christian Therapist. For over thirty years I have worked with couples, individuals, and families helping put an anchor back into their lives. As a Marriage and Family Therapist who is licensed in both Colorado and California, I have two Masters degrees: a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters of Divinity (a three-year ministerial academic training) both earned from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California that has been coined “The Princeton of the West”. I use a "systems" approach to marriage and family therapy which means I view each person as part of a whole.
As such, the relational systems around each person impacts them, positively or negatively and therefore must be examined and addressed during the therapeutic process. My clients find me to be a wise and experienced counselor, a very effective coach when needed and young people find me warm and supportive, and a very seasoned Relationship Expert.
I have received advanced specialized training in therapies subsequent to my academic training including, but not limited to, Sexual Addiction and EMDR. I consider it a privileged position to have sat front row and center in thousands of peoples’ lives and find it my honor to help clients work through their issues.
