Began my work as a psychotherapist in 1998, emphasizing Personal Empowerment, Mindfulness of the Present Moment and Gratefulness. I worked at South Miami Hospital's Addiction Treatment Detox Unit for six years and two years in their Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment Program. Treating individuals with Substance Abuse by guiding them to Recovery Thinking, focusing on their thoughts in order for them to access their internal world and create a commitment to change. I am now in Private Practice conducting therapy sessions in English and Spanish.
