As an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have successfully worked with a wide range of individuals including adolescents, adults and couples who have found their new beginning. In my counseling practice I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing issues related to low self-esteem, depression, anger, phobias, anxiety, worry, grief, trauma, addictions, relationship issues and much more.

I provide therapy for individuals with ages ranging from 14 to 65. I enjoy assisting individuals through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution based treatments.. However, I draw from many treatment methods which provides an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my clients. My training includes addictions from Florida Addictions Institute, and educational and career testing such as Myers Briggs Personality Inventory.

Dr. Dainery Fuentes is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and their parents. In addition, she also treats individual adults. She assists in the process of exploring and building the inner strength to allow for the growth that is necessary to transition successfully through the stages of life. Dr. Fuentes completed her Ph.D. at Yeshiva University, NYC. During her 35 years of practice, she has additionally trained in a number of areas including psychoanalytic therapy at the Cincinnati Institute. She has directed numerous psychiatric facilities and doctoral training programs.

Our office opened in 2004 and our purpose is "to provide a safe environment in which to put past experiences into proper perspective, to work out solutions to current problems and to gain strength and tools to make positive choices for the future". I am authorized as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) by the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation: 49 CFR Part 40 to evaluate employees who have violated a DOT drug or alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare. I also conducts drug and alcohol evaluations for DUI infractions
