I believe achieving a healthy mental health balance is important in all aspects of life.
I have training / experience working with all ages. I have worked with mood disorders, trauma related disorders, eating disorders, anger management, and substance abuse. I also have experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with individuals and families.
