Hi! I provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy to clients that are interested in making beneficial changes in their lives. I work with people from all walks of life, dealing with issues in controlling their emotions, tolerating stress, forming healthy relationships, unhelpful thinking, finding the desire to live, and more. I support clients, while teaching them new skills to help guide them through life's unforeseen circumstances. I assist clients in identifying their personal goals, with my goal being to foster independency and provide unconditional positive regard, with the hopes that one day I am no longer needed.
