Life is meant to be lived with joy and authenticity. Too often, we become products of our environment shaped by society’s standards, cultural taboos, and the expectations of others. Without realizing it, we adopt beliefs and perspectives that aren’t truly our own, living by someone else’s rules instead of our own desires. Therapy is your chance to pause, explore, and reevaluate. Together, we can uncover the patterns holding you back, challenge the narratives that no longer serve you, and help you step into a life that feels aligned with you. With the right support, change can happen faster than you think. It's never too late.

Trauma, stress, and burnout can contribute to depression, anxiety, and difficulty in our relationships with loved ones. Unhealthy attachment styles and avoidance tendencies only make things worse. So why do we react that way? People develop survival skills when they are used to living in crisis, but sometimes these skills turn into self sabotaging behaviors. Through therapy we will find ways to adapt your survival skills to healthier coping skills. You have had to be strong to make it to where you are now, and you should be proud of yourself for that! I hope to help you create a safe space where you can get the rest you deserve

I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, depression & confidence. Are you having difficulty communicating with your spouse or partner? Do you feel unheard or alone in your relationship? Maybe it feels like you are having the same fight over and over? If so you, you are in good company. The number one issue couples report is ineffective communication. Interestingly, research suggests most issues couples face are perpetual. The good news is solving these issues is not as important as learning how to have respectful communication about them. The better news is helping couples communicate more effectively about tough issues is my specialty.

It is brave and difficult to reach out for help. I provide a welcoming space for you as a compassionate listener. Using an eclectic style combining a number of modalities we discover what works for you. I listen and get to know you; both your dreams and your struggles. You may feel limited by and stuck in repeating patterns that are not working anymore. It is hard to find the way when pain clouds your every day. Sometimes it is helpful to start here; right where you are. I find that the here and the now are full of wisdom if we learn to listen.

My main specialty area is Jungian therapy, as it intersects with spirituality and myth.
Also, I have gone through a lot in my life. There are times when I didn’t know if I’d ever be ok, or even survive, but eventually, taking it day-by-day, step-by-step, I did. I fought through having a broken heart (many times actually), being a single mom, getting through school & arriving at the point I’m at today, speaking to you right now. I've lived life.

If you’ve done the work, asked the questions, tried the tools — and still feel stuck — you’re not alone. Sometimes the problem isn’t just mental, it’s biological, emotional, and wired deep. This work is for people who are ready to slow down, look closer, and finally make sense of what hasn’t made sense for a long time. Not through talk alone — but through real, grounded healing that meets the system where it actually lives.

Healing rarely happens in a straight line. Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated by recurring thoughts, emotions, or patterns. Growth is a layered process that unfolds as awareness deepens. I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and patterns that no longer align. Through cognitive-somatic tools, and nervous system regulation, we gently explore how your experiences live in the body while bringing awareness to the beliefs that shape your inner world. Together, we cultivate awareness, deepen self-compassion, and begin to shift and reconstruct limiting beliefs, creating space for meaningful, lasting change.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
