In addition to talk-based therapy such as CBT & Person-Centered Therapy, I am also trained in Brainspotting and will incorporate somatics into our work together.
Accepting new clients! It is my goal to help people reach their goals and score those internal 'touchdowns' in life. Let me help you get back in the game! Traditionally, I have a background in business, sales, and coaching. However, after success in that career, I decided to switch things up and pursue my true passion! I have always volunteered and provided my version of social work to the community because I was that kid who needed that help growing up. I love talking and listening to people, so I returned to school to pursue my passion for it.

Would you like someone to talk to - completely without judgement or bias? To have a safe space for guidance? To gain a different perspective? Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you've faced, there's nothing wrong with seeking out extra support when you need it. In fact, therapy is ideal for people who have enough self-awareness to realize they need a helping hand, and that is something to be noted. Here, you are taking responsibility by accepting what you are experiencing and making a commitment to change something about it.

Time does not heal all wounds; it just gives them space to sink into the subconscious, where they continue to impact your emotions and behavior. “What heals is going inward, loving yourself, accepting yourself, listening to your needs, addressing your attachments and emotional history, and following your intuition" (Yung Pueblo). I aim to create an alliance with my clients to help them find their voice, tell their stories, re-engage their strengths, and cultivate new ways to stay grounded—no matter what life throws at them.

I use Brainspotting, IFS-informed work, and Gestalt therapy in a safe, paced, and collaborative way.
For Women 30+
Imagine waking up without constantly questioning yourself. Setting boundaries without overwhelming guilt. Feeling safe in your own body and trusting your inner guidance. You Survived. Now It's Time to Remember Who You Were Before the World Told You to Disappear.
You've spent years surviving trauma, abuse, manipulation, or relationships that slowly convinced you your needs, your voice, and even your identity didn't matter. Maybe you've become the strong one, the caretaker, the perfectionist, or the woman who keeps smiling while quietly falling apart. You know how to survive—but you may not remember how to truly live.

That could mean adding other methods such as EMDR, brainspotting, person-centered therapy, or gottman principles.
Is there a struggle just to complete a morning routine? Are you tired of repeating yourself? Do you struggle to connect with your child, partner, or family? Maybe you complete tasks really well but feel lonely in it all. I've been there, I too am a parent, and I know the struggles. I also know that if you're here you might want some help because you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and are still not at peace. I don't have a magic wand but I can help.

We can use parts work like IFS and process with Brainspotting for deeper insight.
You wake up and your inner critic is already yapping away - telling you everything wrong with your body, replaying yesterday's conversations, reminding you you're not doing enough, not good enough, not small enoughFrom the outside you look like you are ok, but underneath, you're exhausted from picking yourself apart and still not feeling okay just being you. In our work together, we'll start to understand why that voice is so darn loud (hint: it's not your fault), and dip into what actually matters to do and how to make life feel more meaningful. And guess what - you don't actually need to change yourself to start feeling better.

Treatment may involve exploring patterns, regulating the nervous system, and building healthier coping skills using trauma-informed, relational therapy with EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic approaches.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re tired of holding everything together on the outside while your body carries the weight on the inside. Maybe you grew up in an environment where chaos, emotional inconsistency, or survival was the norm, and now, despite how capable you appear, you feel anxious, activated, or disconnected from yourself. You might notice patterns repeating in your relationships, emotions that feel too big, or a constant sense of tension that never fully settles.
You don't have to figure out this out on your own. Being present is enough, and we'll find our way forward together, gently and at your own pace.

As a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed chemical dependency counselor, I offer several counseling services including brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and guided mindfulness meditation.
Many people struggle to navigate work, relationships, family, and general day to day life. There are genetic and environmental reasons that lead to feelings of sadness, anxiety, loneliness, substance use, and mental health issues. There may be a serious setback that occurred or many, seemingly, small things that build throughout life.
Often, clients aren't sure what the cause of the hindrance may be, others have an idea but are unsure how to approach the healing process. Deciding on your goals for your present and future is the first step to attaining what you want in life.

On most days, do you feel like you're just going through the motions? Maybe you’ve reached a point where you feel emotionally numb, disconnected from yourself and those closest to you. You want more, but if you’re honest, you aren’t fully sure what more is… you just know that THIS isn’t it. You desire deeper connection, but at the same time you’re afraid of it. You might be wondering: what will happen if I allow them to see the real me? Will they judge me? Reject me? Accept me? Though these are some of your deepest fears, you’d never dare say them out loud. If this sounds like you, I see you, and I’m glad you’re here.

How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.
Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.
How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.
How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
