In my more than 2 decades as a therapist I have helped many people from all walks of life wth problems such as yours. I consider myself an "eclectic" therapist, since I know that one size doesn't fit all. I tend to be down-to-earth, sensitive and compassionate, and I have a good sense of humor.
I believe that by getting to know ourselves--our strengths, frailties, and beliefs about ourselves--life can and will become more peaceful and fulfilling.
