As a Substance Abuse Profesionnal (SAP) evaluate employees who have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulation and make recommendations education, treatment , continuing care, referrals for treatment, and follow-up testing.

My ideal clients are children and adults struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, or family changes, and adults overwhelmed by anxiety, work–life balance, or relationship stress. They need a safe, supportive space to express themselves and learn effective coping skills. Their goals often include improving communication, reducing anxiety, strengthening family dynamics, and building confidence. Ultimately, they want to feel understood, more in control of their emotions, and capable of creating healthier patterns in their daily lives and relationships.
