Are you a career woman juggling multiple responsibilities? Have you experienced confusing moods possibly triggered by stress or hormones? Feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or unbalanced? Professional women are often looked to for leadership and guidance, but struggle to find their own support when needed. At Pamper Your Mind we believe in providing a confidential and elite therapeutic experience to women seeking healing, clarity, and balanced lifestyle for optimal health.
Do you need a more positive outlook? Let’s work together to make it so. I believe in working with the total person: mind, body, and spirit. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with family and relationship issues, substance abuse, anxiety, and trauma. My philosophy is to work with the client’s strengths while helping each to examine themself, their environment, and the relationship between the two. When you see it, you can change it!
It's a NEW DAY w/TJ! Have you temporarily checked out on life? Do you feel as if all hope is gone? Have you lost your inner ability to connect? Perhaps you’ve said to yourself, “It’s too late for me to live the life I’ve always envisioned for myself, so I might as well not try?” If you have answered yes to any of these questions, I am the Therapist for you. After all, Mariah Carey said it best, "A hero lies in you". That being said, I believe in the hero inside of you and would like to assist you with finding your inner strength so that you can discover the best "hero" version of yourself.

My goal is to help my clients overcome life issues and to build their self worth. I also do Psycho-educational evaluations. I work with mostly older children, adolescents, young adults, and adult females. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other therapies when deemed appropriate to help my clients set attainable goals, work through anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, self identity issues, self harm, social and relational issues, and ADHD. I will give you the tools/ coping mechanisms that you will need to move forward in life and be the best version of yourself that you can be. There is hope!
NOT accepting new patients at this time. When your family life starts to devolve, life can begin to feel out of control, leading to feelings of powerlessness and helplessness. Family means Love. Family means Connection. Family means Life. And when "family" isn't exhibiting these valuable experiences, it can often affect the way we feel about ourselves and others. Families come to me for help with issues such as divorce, infidelity, parenting stress and much more.
Longing for a happy and fulfilling marriage? Do you find yourself asking, "Why is there so little connection and intimacy in our relationship?" Or "What happened to the person I fell in love with?" Has the relationship become something completely different from what you were expecting?
Maybe the unthinkable has happened...infidelity, an affair! You feel so hurt and betrayed that it is like someone snatched your heart right out of your chest. You love your spouse and really want the marriage to work. Is there hope? The answer is YES. Call to schedule your FREE phone consultation.
What would “I am enough” look like to you? If you imagined a happier, healthier quality of life with less pressure and more control, what would you see? The demands placed upon us can be overwhelming – even crippling – specifically for women. The process of coming into our authentic self can be complex and we can often find ourselves slipping into behaviors that are rooted in what others expect of us. Your authentic self is who you are at your deepest core. It is about being true to ALL of you, by aligning your thoughts, words and behaviors.
At Beachside Recovery Interventions + Consulting, we focus on and value exhibiting two main treatment characteristics - clinical competency and ethics. In addition to these two very important qualities we feel any practice should possess, we value the human condition. By this we mean that in addition to our education and degrees, we acknowledge our own human experiences that have molded us into who we are as people and practitioners. Empathy, compassion, and emotional resilience are three important qualities which all of our therapists possess and act as essential pillars to our therapeutic approach.
Emotional disturbance, difficult managing stress or life transitions, substance abuse, relationship problems, unresolved grief, trauma issues - all of these things can have a profound impact on our ability to maintain daily functioning and family/ work responsibilities. The name Mindful Monarch represents the fact that psychotherapy is a purposeful, transformative journey with the overreaching goal of helping clients achieve personal growth similar to the transition of a caterpillar into a butterfly.

Life sometimes hands us situations that are just too difficult to deal with on our own. The good news is that you don't have to walk alone. Therapy is a way for you to seek help in a safe and caring environment. I have helped client's navigate through some of the worst times in their lives. The focus of our time together can be based on anything from relationship conflict to trauma to anxiety or depression. The pain that bonds you to your situation is not permanent. Life can be difficult and sometimes a helping hand is what we need.
I believe everyone needs to be respected and honored in this world. The growing up process has caused people to have and develop coping behaviors and strategies that are harmful to self and others. I view psychotherapy or counseling as a professional relationship between the therapist and client. As a client begins talking about their life, I, the therapist walks with you through your world. I will ask questions to further understand your world. Then ideas will be explored for life enhancement and positive change.
Are you struggling with anxiety and depression? Have you experienced a loss recently or in the past that you are trying to process? Are you a parent struggling to navigate the challenges of day to day conflicts? Do you struggle with decision making and relationships? I hope that I can help you manage some of these struggles. I have spent my career as an educator and mental health clinician engaging with individuals and families while they seek guidance in these areas. My experience in schools, homes, and agencies has allowed me the opportunity to help these individuals find hope and reach goals.
I have collaborated to assist many individuals to meet their personal goals and address their concerns that are hindering them from living their most healthy and optimum lives. I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and am passionate about assisting individuals to reprocess their traumatic and distressing memories and experiences so they can recover and take control of their lives once again. I am also passionate about supporting individuals to explore healthier ways to cope with depression, stress, anxiety, phobias, and PTSD.
No matter what you're going through, you’re not alone. You can let go of guilt, shame, and negative patterns of thinking and move toward healthier ways of thinking and being. You can improve and deepen your relationships with yourself and others. I will help you understand yourself in new ways and develop clarity around what you truly want for your life, so that you can live as authentically and joyfully as possible.
