4anxiety is an online group with 6-8 participants. 4 Goals, 4 Weeks, 4 Daily Steps is the format. The program is based on the most effective treatment interventions resourcing neurobiologically informed CBT,​ Polyvagal Techniques, Breathing and Mindfulness Techniques, Exposure Focused, and Response Prevention Focused. The 4anxiety program meets for a weekly group and participants will use a workbook, videos, logs, and daily exercises to learn to break the anxiety loop.

I did my undergraduate work at Boston University and received my Masters in Social Work and Public Health from the University of South Carolina. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW), for over 20 years. I draw upon a wide variety of lived experiences, from being a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic to serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. I work primarily with clients experiencing depression, anxiety and the effects of trauma.
